Give us  your contact information and a brief description of what repair services you are in need of and provide a phone number and mailing address and Ship it to the address provided. (shipping cost will be deducted from your total services.) and we will repair your jewelry with expert precision and care, and mail it back to you. 

Concierge Repair Quote and Services

Cost: Flat rate of $75 (within Waco area) $150 (Austin or Dallas area) $200 (Houston Area) + cost of material + Labor = Total invoice

At Michele Caravelli Jewelry, we understand your time is precious, and that schedules can get overwhelming and hectic. Which is why we offer concierge repair quotes. We will travel to you evaluate the your jewelry and proved an on the spot quote. If you decided to go forward with the repairs we will provide you with a signed receipt of Services we will perform on your jewelry, and will personally deliver your Jewelry back to you. If you cannot keep your appointment we ask that you give us at least 24 hours notice.
